AI Workflow Opportunity Scan
Answer nine questions about one recurring task. Receive an A/B/C task category, three reasons based on your answers, a principal risk and a small experiment plan you can save or print.
This is an unvalidated decision aid. It does not establish that automation is suitable or predict time savings. Your answers are processed in this browser and are not sent to an AI service by this site.
A small test needs a clear stopping point.
Choose a narrow, reversible example with permitted inputs.
Compare quality and the work of preparation, checking and revision.
Keep, revise or stop according to the limits you set. Treat weak comparisons as inconclusive.

Before you begin.
Use a general task label. Leave out private or customer information.
Who is the scan for?
People who handle a recurring work task and can review its output: solo operators, small-business teams and knowledge workers. Start with a low-consequence example, not a sensitive customer record.
What do I receive?
A category, three answer-based reasons, a principal risk and a small experiment plan. Save or print the result. The separate worksheet is also available without email.
Does it prove AI will save me time?
No. The scan is a decision aid, not a validated assessment. Measure both doing and reviewing the work, and compare quality as well as time.
How much work is involved?
The scan asks nine questions about one task. You can go back and change answers. We do not promise a completion time or a productivity gain.
Do I need to subscribe or buy anything?
No. The scan, short brief, dossier and worksheet are freely accessible. Following a topic is optional, and no paid product is currently offered.
What may come next
Assessments, calculators and further research tools are planned directions, not available tools. Their scope and validation requirements remain to be established. No release dates are announced.
